据报道，加拿大已达成协议，每年将从其位于西海岸的拟建设施向德国供应至多100万吨液化天然气。这些天然气将来自Ksi Lisims液化天然气项目，拟建出口工厂位于不列颠哥伦比亚省西北部，靠近阿拉斯加州狭长地带，投资额100亿加元（约合72亿美元）。
