因桥梁改建施工，自2026年5月26日起至2026年12月31日止，津南区海鑫路（聚海道-广惠道）局部路段道路变窄，车辆及行人须按交通信号指示通过，减速慢行（机动车限速以现场实际设置为准），注意安全。
待现状天庆桥拆除、新建期间，原天庆桥禁止通行，途径车辆（行人）可通过新建天庆桥左幅桥梁（位于现状天庆桥的北侧）通行。
