近日，枣庄交警公布一起电动三轮车闯红灯负全责的案例，电动三轮车驾驶人孔某某的行为违反了《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》第三十八条第一款第三项“ 红灯亮时，禁止车辆通行"之规定，因此，对该起事故承担全部责任。
