5月26日，海底捞发布关于携宠就餐的相关说明，表示综合各方意见之后，公司决定停止该项试点，三家试点门店即日起均不再提供线下携宠接待服务。海底捞全国其余门店，继续按照相关规范，谢绝顾客携带宠物进店用餐（导盲犬等法定工作犬除外）。
