中国联通公告称，2026年5月25日召开的2025年年度股东会通过议案，同意按授予价格2.48元/股，回购注销1430名个人业绩未达解锁条件的2048.95万股限制性股票，及35名因离职等原因的259.44万股；按2.69元/股回购注销72名因退休等原因的685.98万股。本次回购注销后，公司注册资本预计由312.64亿元减2994.37万元至312.34亿元。债权人可在2026年5月26日至7月9日申报债权。
