2026年5月25日，电科院(300215.SZ)公告称，公司于2025年9月与中国质量认证中心有限公司签署《产品认证委托检测协议书》。
公告显示，中国质量认证中心于2023年12月改制为中国质量认证中心有限公司，隶属于中检集团控制，与公司第二大股东中国检验认证集团测试技术有限公司同属中检集团控制，因此构成关联交易。
