能达成和平当然是好事，美国和伊朗已就一份谅解备忘录框架达成一致，一旦签署将在30天内全面恢复霍尔木兹海峡的航运。不过战争赔偿、解冻伊朗海外资产、核材料等问题，估计不是那么简单可以谈妥，现在也是走一步算一步，毕竟特朗普言而无信的事情多了去。
