5月25日下午，科创50一度上涨超过6%，突破历史新高触及1899.97点，报收1896点，全天上升5.88%，成交2219亿元，也超过了5月21日的2163亿元；科创综指上升3.52%，报收2223.69点，科创板全天成交5539亿元。
其中，寒武纪一度上涨近10%，创出股价历史新高至1435元，中芯国际上涨大约20%，突破2025年10月9日153元高点，再创历史新高。
