近日，上交所对两家公司债发行人宝鸡市投资（集团）有限公司、西安沣东控股有限公司作出予以书面警示的决定。两家发行人均未于法定期限内（2026年4月30日之前）披露2025年年度报告，迟至2026年5月1日才予以披露。
