5月22日，东芯股份（688110）发布公告，为进一步提高公司的资本实力和综合竞争力，公司拟发行境外上市股份（H股）并在香港联合交易所有限公司主板挂牌上市。
2026年一季度，东芯股份实现收入4.79亿元，归母净利润1.38亿元。
