近日，河南省开封市尉氏县多位市民反映，当地不少民众相继出现呕吐、腹泻等症状。 5月21日晚，据新华社报道，记者从尉氏县联合调查组了解到，经调查，原因是5月19日大雨过后，雨水倒灌进入1眼自来水水源井，造成突发性饮用水污染，群众饮用后出现不适。
