5月15日下午，第二届冠亚投资生态圈活动在明阳科技（苏州）股份有限公司举行。科马材料董事、总经理徐长城受邀出席活动，与40多位冠亚投资基金合伙人、行业专家及产业链企业代表共同交流产业创新、企业发展与资本赋能等话题。

产业发展离不开资本助力，资本价值也根植于实体产业成长。作为资本市场的新晋参与者，科马材料十分重视与投资机构、产业链伙伴之间的良性互动。本次活动既为企业分享实践经验提供了平台，也为资本机构深入理解实体制造、链接产业资源创造了交流机会。

The second Guanya Investment Ecosystem Event, held in Suzhou on May 15, brought together more than 40 investors, industry specialists and supply-chain executives at Mingyang Technology. Among them was Xu Changcheng, director and general manager of K EMA Materials, a recent entrant to the capital market. The gathering was less a ceremonial meeting than a reminder of a simple industrial truth: capital needs credible manufacturers as much as manufacturers need capital. For KEMA, the event offered a chance to place its own experience within a broader conversation about innovation, corporate growth and the role of finance in the real economy.

上最好的“岸”，走最深的“路”

在主题分享环节，徐总为在场的投资人与行业专家带来了题为《上最好的“岸”，走最深的“路”》的精彩演讲。徐总结合自身丰富的企业管理经验与科马材料的上市历程，深入浅出地分享了企业从深耕主业到登陆资本市场的实战思考。

“上最好的‘岸’”，体现的是企业在发展过程中对规范治理、战略选择和资本市场规则的理解；“走最深的‘路’”，则强调了上市不是终点，而是企业继续深耕主业、提升技术能力和经营质量的新起点。作为国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业，科马材料将在摩擦材料这一细分领域持续深耕，以工匠精神筑牢核心竞争力。

徐总金句频出的分享，不仅展现了科马材料作为“隐形冠军”企业的深厚底蕴，也引发了现场嘉宾的强烈共鸣，赢得了阵阵掌声。

Mr Xu’s keynote, titled Reaching the Best “Shore” and Walking the Deepest “Path”, used KEMA’s listing journey as a way to discuss what comes before and after entry into the capital market.

The “shore” was not presented as a destination in itself, but as a metaphor for better governance, sharper strategic choices and greater exposure to market discipline. The “path” was the harder part: remaining focused on the company’s core business, improving technology and operational quality, and building durable competitiveness in friction materials.

As a national-level “Little Giant” enterprise, KEMA sought to cast itself not as a company transformed by capital, but as one whose value depends on patient specialisation.

一线交流，在现场碰撞思想火花

活动期间，徐总随同与会嘉宾参观了明阳科技产品展厅和智能化生产车间。在交流中，大家围绕汽车零部件制造、产业链协同、企业转型升级等话题展开了热烈探讨。

此次苏州之行，进一步增进了科马材料与冠亚投资及其生态圈伙伴之间的沟通了解，也为后续加强产投互动、探索产业协同发展创造了良好条件。

未来，科马材料将继续立足摩擦材料主业，依托已完成的“尖兵领雁”项目基础，以及与中国制浆造纸研究院有限公司在非道路用湿式纸基摩擦片全产业链国产化方向的战略合作，持续加强关键材料研发、产品制造和应用验证能力建设，稳步推进相关技术的国产化应用。同时，公司也将秉持开放合作理念，与资本机构、科研院所及产业链伙伴保持良性互动，在产业实践与资本视角的双向赋能中，持续提升经营质量和长期价值，为高端装备制造业发展贡献更多“科马力量”。

The visit also included a tour of Mingyang Technology’s showroom and intelligent manufacturing workshop, where participants discussed component manufacturing, supply-chain co-operation and industrial upgrading.

For KEMA, the Suzhou trip strengthened links with Guanya Investment and its wider ecosystem, while also underlining the company’s own industrial agenda.

Building on its completed “Jianbing Lingyan” project and its strategic co-operation with China National Pulp and Paper Research Institute on the localisation of non-road wet paper-based friction discs, KEMA plans to deepen its work in materials research, manufacturing and application validation. Its broader message was one of mutual reinforcement: industrial know-how gives capital something real to back, while capital and research partnerships can help manufacturers move faster and more deliberately.
