5月15日金融一线消息，深圳金融监管局发布批复，同意同方全球人寿保险有限公司在全国银行间债券市场公开发行不超过10亿元人民币（含）的10年期可赎回资本补充债券。批复要求，同方全球人寿保险有限公司应在获得债券市场主管部门发行许可的期限内完成发行事宜，并在发行结束后10个工作日内就有关发行情况向深圳金融监管局报告。
