新京报贝壳财经讯 5月15日，ST万邦公告，拟以集中竞价方式回购部分社会公众股份用于后续实施股权激励或员工持股计划，拟回购金额为人民币4000万元-8000万元，回购价格不超过42元/股(含)，预计回购股份为95.24万股-190.48万股(占公司目前总股本的比例为0.16%-0.31%)，回购期限为自董事会审议通过本回购方案之日起12个月内。
