5月14日，苏州高新（600736）发布公告，董事长、法定代表人王平因个人原因辞去公司董事长、董事、战略委员会主任委员及提名委员会委员职务。王平辞职后不再公司担任任何职务，且未持有公司股份。
为保障公司经营正常开展，副董事长、总经理沈明将代行董事长及法定代表人职责。
2026年一季度，苏州高新实现收入14.08亿元，归母净利润2.15亿元。
