我见过太多人这样。Notion太复杂，Todoist要订阅，纸笔又容易丢。
直到我把所有东西搬进Apple Reminders。
不是因为它最强，是因为它就在那儿。Siri能加、手表能响、锁屏能划掉。这种"不用想就能用"的流畅，反而让我真的开始记录了。
我的设置很简单：工作、生活、临时想法三个列表。每周日晚上花十分钟清理，比任何复杂系统都管用。
有时候，好用的工具不是功能最多的那个，是你愿意打开的那个。
