5月12日，据水利部消息，当前，全国湖库蓄水较常年同期偏多，灌溉水源相对充足，大部分地区耕地土壤墒情适宜，春季农业生产用水有保障。
截至目前，全国春灌已全面铺开，累计灌溉面积3.6亿亩。其中，5000余处大中型灌区开灌，累计灌溉面积2.6亿亩。（央视新闻）
