沧州长九物业管理有限公司2026年5月1日发布的告知函称，自2019年9月与龙岸清华签订前期物业服务协议以来已经6年时间了，服务期间始终是我司垫付资金维持运营，经营出现了严重亏损。定于2026年7月31日16：00起，全面终止龙岸清华东区全部物业服务工作。
