财联社5月8日电，知情人士透露，高瓴投资接近达成交易，拟收购Marsh旗下为亚洲等市场高净值客户提供金融风险管理和人寿保险经纪服务的业务。知情人士称，各方正在商讨协议，最早可能于周五宣布。他们还表示，高瓴资本在竞购Public Client Services时击败了其他私募股权公司，成为最有可能的买家。PCS隶属于Marsh旗下的美世子公司。
