今日（5月7日），北京市规划和自然资源委员会网站发布了2026年第四轮拟供应商品住宅用地清单，共涉及5宗地，土地面积约14公顷，建筑规模约29万平方米，上述用地拟于近期供应。
本轮清单项目全部位于轨道站点周边，在聚焦中心城区成熟板块的同时，兼顾多点地区需求突出区域。其中，丰台区2宗，通州、大兴和昌平区各1宗。
