据介绍，该公司此前于2月3日向港交所提交上市申请，联合保荐机构为中信证券和农银国际。
信息显示，丹诺医药拟发行不超过1250万股境外上市普通股，且其境内未上市股份“全流通”已获中国证监会备案。
