财联社5月5日电，美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提议修改规则，允许企业以新的10-S表格形式提交半年度报告，替代10-Q表格的季度报告，借此履行《1934年证券交易法》规定的中期报告义务。SEC还提议调整S-X条例中的财务报表要求，以便利半年度报告，并简化有关财务报表时效性的规则。
