中曼石油5月5日公告，公司股东朱逢学计划自公告发布之日起15个交易日后的三个月内，通过集中竞价交易方式减持公司股份不超过462.3万股，即不超过公司总股本的1%，通过大宗交易方式减持公司股份不超过924.6万股，即不超过公司总股本的2%。合计减持不超过1386.9万股，即不超过公司总股本的3%。减持期间为2026年5月27日至2026年8月26日，减持原因为自身资金需求。本次减持不设价格区间。
