当地时间5月4日，SAP与表格基础模型（TFM）企业Prior Labs宣布，双方已达成最终收购协议。Prior Labs将继续作为独立实体运营，SAP承诺在未来四年投入逾10亿欧元。交易完成后，SAP将凭借Prior Labs建立AI研究实验室。该实验室将作为独立单元运营以确保研究效率，同时SAP将提供长期投资，并通过SAP AI Core、SAP业务数据云以及搭载Joule的智能体层，为研究成果提供贯穿SAP产品组合的产业化路径。
