中新网北京4月30日电 (记者郭超凯)十四届全国人大常委会第二十二次会议4月30日表决通过了新修订的监狱法，自2026年11月1日起施行。
新修订的监狱法共8章121条，包括总则、监狱、刑罚的执行、狱政管理、对罪犯的教育改造、对未成年犯的特别规定、法律责任、附则。(完)
