雷达财经讯，天眼查App显示，近日，北京地平线信息技术有限公司发生工商变更，注册资本由15亿美元增至25亿美元，增幅约67%。
该公司成立于2015年12月，法定代表人为余凯，经营范围包括人工智能芯片相关软件硬件、电子产品软硬件、计算机系统集成、通讯设备软硬件、电子商务平台的技术开发等，由Horizon Robotics Holdings Limited全资持股。
