财联社4月28日电，西王食品(000639.SZ)公告称，公司及实际控制人王勇收到证监会下发的《立案告知书》，因涉嫌信息披露违法违规，证监会决定对公司及王勇进行立案调查。公司表示将积极配合调查，目前生产经营正常，本次立案不会对生产、经营和管理造成重大影响。
