因为你,我变得坚强柔软。凌晨两点,我又失眠了。躺在床上翻来覆去,脑子里像放电影一样,白天那些让人焦虑的事情一件件蹦出来。房租要交了,存款还是那么点儿。领导今天又暗示了什么,不知道自己做得够不够好。朋友圈里别人都在晒升职加薪,而我好像还在原地打转。

这种时候,我会想起你。不是因为你有多完美,恰恰相反,是因为你也会迷茫,也会累,也会在深夜问自己"我到底在干什么"。你知道吗,正是这些不完美的时刻,让我明白了一件事——原来坚强不是不会倒下,而是倒下之后还能爬起来。原来柔软不是软弱,而是在这个坚硬的世界里,还能保持对生活的温柔。记得你跟我说过,生活就像拧毛巾,总得使劲儿拧,才能把水挤出来。当时我觉得这话太扎心了。可后来慢慢发现,这就是大多数人的真实状态啊。谁不是一边觉得撑不下去了,一边还在咬牙往前走?谁不是一边羡慕别人光鲜亮丽,一边还在自己的小日子里摸爬滚打?以前我总觉得,坚强就是要硬扛,不能哭,不能示弱,不能让别人看到自己脆弱的样子。所以我把自己裹得严严实实,像只刺猬,谁靠近都会被扎伤。

直到遇见你。你让我看到,真正的坚强从来不是伪装出来的铜墙铁壁。你会在崩溃的时候抱着我哭,会在压力大的时候说"我真的好累",会在失败的时候承认"我可能做错了"。但你哭完会擦干眼泪,累了会好好休息,错了会重新再来。这才是真正的坚强吧。不是不会受伤,而是允许自己受伤,然后慢慢愈合。你还教会了我柔软。以前我对这个词有误解,觉得柔软就是妥协,就是没原则,就是任人欺负。可你让我明白,柔软是一种能力,是在看清生活本质之后,依然选择善良的勇气。你会在路边给流浪猫留一口吃的,会在雨天给陌生人递一把伞,会在朋友低落的时候送去一句安慰。你不是圣母,你只是知道,这个世界已经够硬了,如果我们都变成石头,那还有什么温度可言?

因为你,我开始学着对自己温柔一点。不再因为一次失败就全盘否定自己,不再因为别人的评价就怀疑自己的价值,不再因为暂时的困境就放弃对未来的期待。我学会了在累的时候告诉自己"没关系,可以歇一歇",在做不到的时候承认"我尽力了,这已经很好",在孤独的时候提醒自己"一个人也可以活得很好"。这些话以前我说不出口,觉得太矫情,太做作。可现在我明白了,这不是矫情,这是自我和解,是给自己一个喘息的机会。生活从来不会因为你坚强就对你手下留情,也不会因为你柔软就让你免受伤害。但至少,我们可以选择用什么样的姿态去面对它。
