智通财经APP获悉，据港交所4月24日披露，ExtransferLimited-W(简称：XTransfer)向港交所主板递交上市申请书，瑞银集团、中金公司为其联席保荐人。根据灼识咨询的资料，XTransfer是全球最大的企业对企业(B2B)跨境贸易支付平台，2025年实现支付交易额(TPV)超过600亿美元。
据招股书，该公司成立于2017年，是全球首批专注于B2B跨境贸易的支付平台之一。
