格隆汇4月23日丨北京银行(601169.SH)公布，本行董事会于近日收到霍学文先生的辞职报告，霍学文先生提出辞去本行董事、董事会战略与社会责任（ESG）委员会委员、董事会消费者权益保护委员会委员职务。辞职后，霍学文先生不再担任本行任何职务。霍学文先生的辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。
