智通财经讯，中科集团控股(03321)发布公告，待联交所授予上市批准后，股份合并将于2026年4月24日生效。合并股份将于2026年4月24日上午九时正开始买卖。由于股份合并生效，更改每手买卖单位将会于2026年5月11日生效。于联交所买卖的每手买卖单位将由2500股现有股份更改为1万股合并股份。
