4月19日，浙江金华高速，施女士在行驶中突闻亲人离世消息，心脏不适。她将车停靠应急车道，下车招手求救。高速工作人员通过视频监控第一时间发现，迅速赶到。他们一边为她揉搓手指缓解不适、安抚情绪，一边联动120急救，并安排免费拖车将她的车辆安全拖离。从发现到送医，全程守护。
