4月21日，帝科股份（300842）发布公告，公司决定终止2024年度以简易程序向特定对象发行股票事项。
公告指出，自公司首次公告以简易程序向特定对象发行股票事项以来，公司董事会、管理层与中介机构等一直积极推进各项工作，经与保荐机构及相关中介深入沟通，综合考虑多方面因素，公司决定终止定增事项。
2025年，帝科股份实现收入180.46亿元，归母净利润-2.76亿元。
