4月21日，盛和资源（600392）发布公告，公司计划以集中竞价交易方式回购股份，回购金额不低于2亿元且不超过4亿元，回购价格上限为30元/股，预计回购股份数量为667万股至1333万股，占总股本的0.38%至0.76%。本次回购股份全部用于股权激励或员工持股计划。
2025年前三季度，盛和资源实现收入104.56亿元，归母净利润7.88亿元。
