4月20日，哈萨克斯坦金融科技公司Kaspi.kz宣布，腾讯连同公司管理层及长期投资者，已完成从霸菱金融科技风险投资基金手中收购600万份美国存托凭证的交易。Kaspi表示，除了腾讯，其他买家还包括金融科技投资公司Spice Expeditions，以及华盛顿大学和威斯康星州大学基金会等美国大学捐赠基金。
