这世间最珍贵的，而是你是否活得快乐，是否对得起自己

晨起煮一碗热粥，看窗外云卷云舒，忽然就懂了：人这一辈子，不过三万多天，真的不必事事较真，处处为难自己。

我们总在追逐不属于自己的风景。为了一份看似体面的工作，熬秃了头，熬垮了身体，明明心里早已千疮百孔，却还要强撑着对全世界说“我很好”；为了迎合别人的期待，把自己活成了提线木偶，喜欢的裙子不敢穿，想去的远方不敢去，硬生生把日子过成了教科书般的标准答案，却唯独丢了自己。

你是不是也常常这样？别人一句无心的评价，能在心里翻来覆去琢磨好几天；一件没做好的小事，能耿耿于怀到深夜难眠。我们总在和自己较劲，和生活较劲，好像不逼自己一把，就对不起这一生。可你有没有想过，太用力的人生，是会疲惫的。

就像手里的沙，攥得越紧，漏得越快。感情里，你掏心掏肺去爱一个人，卑微到尘埃里，可不爱你的人，终究不会因为你的付出而回头；工作上，你兢兢业业加班加点，可不懂珍惜的老板，永远只看得到你的失误，看不到你的汗水。

很多时候，我们为难自己，不过是因为太执着。执着于一个完美的结果，执着于别人的认可，执着于那些早已逝去的过往。可人生本就是一场充满遗憾的旅程，没有谁的生活能永远一帆风顺，也没有谁的人生能做到尽善尽美。

你要明白，不是所有的种子都能开花，不是所有的努力都有结果，不是所有的相遇都能久伴。有些事，尽力就好；有些人，随缘就好。

放过自己吧。放过那个不够完美的自己，偶尔偷懒也没关系，偶尔犯错也不可怕；放过那个执念太深的自己，得不到的就释怀，已失去的就放下。人生苦短，别让遗憾和焦虑，占满了你的日子。

去吃一顿想吃的火锅，去看一场喜欢的电影，去见那个好久不见的朋友。去吹吹山野的风，去看看海边的月，去做那些你一直想做却不敢做的事。

你要知道，这世间最珍贵的，从来不是你拥有多少财富，取得多大成就，而是你是否活得快乐，是否对得起自己。
