财联社4月19日电，据央视新闻，乌克兰总检察长克拉夫琴科18日表示，基辅枪击事件已被定性为恐怖袭击，并已依据《乌克兰刑法》启动刑事诉讼。
18日，一名枪手在基辅市街头开枪，造成人员伤亡。枪手开枪后进入一家超市并劫持人质。警方对枪手所在超市发动突击，抓捕过程中枪手向警方开枪。枪手后被击毙。据通报，本次枪击事件已造成6人死亡。
