4月17日，鄙人经过营山县马拉松起点附近，也就是新时代广场周边地段时，忽然发现草坪旁有疑似盖板的物体，呈现出破损状态，场景让人觉得颇为诧异，如此安全隐患，难道没有相关单位给予维护修复吗？
不远处区域部分路面上，环境卫生差，能看到果皮纸屑等
