格隆汇4月16日丨红星冷链(01641.HK)宣布，于2026年4月16日，公司与红星建设订立建筑合约，据此，公司同意委聘红星建设为本项目(于中国湖南省长沙市兴建食品加工及配送中心)的承建商，对价为人民币2200.4万元(相当于约2527万港元)，惟须受建筑合约的条款及条件规限。
