人民网哈尔滨4月16日电 （记者尚城）来自黑龙江省水文水资源中心的消息，4月16日8时，黑龙江干流奇克段（逊克县奇克镇）开江，开江日期比历年早10天。
目前，黑龙江省主要江河中仅黑龙江干流漠河至卡伦山段、太平沟至中兴镇段、勤得利至抚远段及其支流额木尔河、呼玛河未开江，其他江河均已开江。
