4月16日，五矿新能（688779）发布公告，公司董事鲁耀辉因工作调整申请辞去职工董事职务，辞职日期为2026年4月14日。辞职后，其不再担任公司其他任何职务。
2025年前三季度，五矿新能实现收入50.54亿元，归母净利润-2010万元。
