4月16日，贝斯美（300796）发布公告，控股股东贝斯美投资将其持有的4133万股股份办理解除质押，占其所持股份的49.72%及公司总股本的11.44%，同时将相同数量的股份再质押，用于偿还债务。
2025年前三季度，贝斯美实现收入11.10亿元，归母净利润3117万元。
