4月14日，有成都市民反映，乘坐地铁时突然发生故障，被困接近一个小时。据网传画面显示，地铁车厢内灯光暗淡，多名乘客被困车厢。
4月14日晚，成都地铁回应，事发于19号线，经专业人员处置，目前已恢复正常。
