4月15日，禾川科技（688320）发布公告，计划通过集中竞价交易方式回购股份，回购金额不低于2000万元且不超过4000万元，回购价格上限为48.11元/股，回购股份将用于员工持股计划或股权激励，实施期限为12个月。
2025年前三季度，禾川科技实现收入7.33亿元，归母净利润-9164万元。
