近日，深圳公共资源交易中心公告称，原世茂深港国际中心核心地块正式挂牌，起拍价70.45亿元，将于5月公开竞价。 该块地曾是2017年世茂集团以239亿元拿下的深圳“地王”，规划打造一座约700米的超高层地标，直指“中国第一高楼”，一度被视为龙岗区崛起的超级地标。
