4月14日，美国电动车商Lucid宣布将大幅扩展与Uber的合作关系，并获得沙特公共投资基金（PIF）旗下关联公司Ayar Third Investment Company的额外长期投资支持。
作为协议的一部分，Uber承诺至少采购3.5万辆Lucid车辆，并向后者追加投资2亿美元，使其对Lucid的总投资额达到5亿美元。Ayar Third Investment则承诺追加投资5.5亿美元。
