据媒体消息，得克萨斯州总检察长Ken Paxton办公室在一份声明中表示，正在调查Lululemon的服装是否含有被称为“永久化学物质”的多氟化烷基化学物质（简称PFAS），研究显示其可能与癌症及免疫功能低下等健康问题相关。
Lululemon的发言人回复媒体称，正配合调查并提供文件，公司已在2023财年逐步淘汰了PFAS的使用。
