当地时间4月13日，英国首相斯塔默在下议院发表讲话时指责以色列对黎巴嫩的袭击。斯塔默明确表示，以色列的袭击是错误的，黎巴嫩也应被纳入停火协议。斯塔默同时确认，将与法国总统马克龙共同举办峰会，以推动霍尔木兹海峡的自由通航。
