2026年世界互联网大会亚太峰会期间，世界互联网大会副理事长弗朗西斯·高锐在接受采访时指出，人工智能飞速发展，可能让许多人和国家落后于时代。
高锐表示，除了“技术赋能”，还需要找到切实的方法，帮助人们掌握必要的技能，构建公平平等的社会，让更多人能够共享AI发展带来的红利。
