进入4月，随着一手加推放缓，数据也持续回落。据乐居统计佛山房产信息网数据显示，佛山上周共网签一手房526套，环跌10.85%，网签面积1099套，环跌6.23%，整体呈现二连跌态势。
分区来看，除了禅城和南海有所升温外，其余三区均有不同程度的跌幅。其中三水跌幅最大，甚至跌超55%。二手房方面，则依然企稳千套水平。数据显示，佛山上周二手房总计网签1099套，环跌6.23%，网签面积12.5万㎡，环跌16.28%。
